Savage Technology Limited (“Savage,” “we,” “us”) operates savage.tech. This policy describes information handled through this website, which is intended for a United States audience. It covers browsing, website accounts, reservation features when available, and website virtual try-on.
It does not describe data processing by the glasses or a companion app. Product descriptions about on-device AI processing do not mean that all website information stays on your device.
02 / Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, account identifier, and information used to verify and maintain your sign-in.
- Reservation information: your chosen plan and color, reservation identifier, status and timestamps, linked to your account when this feature is available.
- Usage and technical information: pages visited, referring pages, browser and device information, analytics identifiers, interactions such as plan selection and try-on use, and error reports. Our hosting and security providers also process connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website.
- Email subscriptions: your email address and subscription preference when you choose to receive product and launch updates.
- Communications: the information you provide when contacting us.
When you sign in, your account identifier and email address may be linked to usage information shared with our analytics service providers. Usage information may also include recordings of website interactions for analysis and troubleshooting.
03 / How we use information
We use information to deliver the website, send sign-in codes, maintain accounts, save and display reservations when available, respond to requests, prevent sign-in abuse, diagnose errors and understand how visitors use our website.
Providing an email address for sign-in does not subscribe you to marketing emails. If you separately subscribe, we use your email address to send product and launch updates through our email service provider. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails or by contacting [email protected].

We share information with service providers that support website hosting, content delivery, security, email delivery, analytics and error monitoring. They receive information relevant to those services, such as your email address for sign-in messages and usage information for analytics.
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate.
External websites and services have their own privacy practices. Third parties may process identifiers and activity information across services in accordance with their own practices. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.
05 / Virtual try-on
The browser-based try-on requests camera permission to position the glasses model. Video frames and facial landmarks are processed on your device. They are not uploaded to our server, and camera recordings are not saved. This feature does not use them to identify you or request microphone access.
Closing browser try-on stops camera access. You can also revoke permission in your browser settings. Some devices use a built-in augmented reality viewer governed by the device provider’s permissions and privacy practices. We do not receive its camera stream.
Website analytics can record that try-on was opened or retried; these events are separate from camera frames and facial landmarks.
07 / Retention & security
We currently do not have a fixed automatic deletion schedule for account, reservation or sign-in records. A sign-in or verification code expiring does not delete the associated information. Analytics and technical logs are retained according to our service providers’ retention settings.
You may request deletion as described below. A request is reviewed against the information needed to provide services, maintain security and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not promise deletion simply because you close a browser, clear cookies or stop visiting.
We use technical safeguards to protect account access and sign-in information. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
08 / Your choices & requests
You can browse public pages without signing in and decline camera access. To request access, correction or deletion of information associated with you, contact [email protected] and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing account information. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
Depending on your state of residence and whether a privacy law applies to our activities, you may have additional rights, including portability, certain opt-outs and an appeal of a denied request. You may contact us to exercise applicable rights or ask for review of a decision. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

This website is intended for a general audience, not children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can review and address it.
