Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in access secure. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or access another person’s account. Website content belongs to SavageTech or its licensors; using the website does not transfer ownership of that content.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Acceptance of these terms is separate from consent to analytics.
02 / Reservations & payment
Your payment is a reservation deposit in US dollars, not the full purchase price of the glasses. The selected tier and deposit amount are shown before payment. We will email you when it is time to pay the remaining balance.
Keep the email address and shipping details associated with your reservation up to date. You can view your reservation and its payment status in your account.
03 / Cancellation & delivery
Founder Edition: once paid, this reservation cannot be cancelled at your request, and the deposit is not refundable for a change of mind.
Early Bird (standard reservation): you may cancel your reservation before paying the remaining balance and receive a full refund of your reservation deposit. To request cancellation, email [email protected] from your account email and include your reservation number.
Shipping dates shown on the website are estimates. If we cannot meet the stated shipping date, we will notify you of the delay and provide the cancellation and refund options required by applicable law. If we cancel your reservation or cannot fulfil it, we will refund your reservation deposit. The Founder Edition cancellation restriction does not limit these rights.
04 / Updates & contact
We will post updates here with a revised effective date. Changes will not reduce the rights attached to an existing reservation without your agreement. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law.
